Challenges in recruiting qualified ICT professionals and a growing talent mismatch are problems that Canadian companies must face. The issue is national in scope and requires vigorous and concerted action.

To meet this challenge, we apply determination, a strategic plan, and the leadership from the private sector, public sector, and educators.
